Who we are
A specialist firm in a market of generalists
India’s water treatment market is split between very large engineering contractors, for whom a mid-sized plant is a rounding error, and local fabricators who assemble equipment without the analytical work that makes it perform. Clients in the middle — a hotel, a formulations unit, a township, a processing plant — are frequently underserved by both.
AQUASTAG was built for that middle. We are large enough to engineer properly, document rigorously and hold ISO 9001 quality certification, and small enough that the engineer who sized your plant is the one who answers when you call about it three years later.
Our work concentrates on three system families — water softeners, chemical-free water conditioners and industrial reverse osmosis plants — supported by iron removal, sewage treatment, domestic purification and a full service capability. We deliberately did not diversify beyond water. It is the only thing we do, and it is the reason we do it well.

Specify from evidence
Nothing is quoted without knowing what is in the water. A proposal built on a test result rather than an assumption is the difference between a plant that performs and one that disappoints.
Say what we would not sell
If a conditioner solves your problem, we will not sell you a softener. Recommending the smaller system when it is the right one is how a supplier earns a second order.
Document the outcome
Commissioning figures are measured and recorded against the AWEP checklist. Performance you can point to in a document, not performance that was merely asserted at handover.
Stay reachable
Enquiries answered within 24 working hours, and service teams that pick up the phone years after the invoice was settled. Most water treatment failures are really support failures.

Meet the founder behind AQUASTAG
AQUASTAG was founded by Naveen Samala out of a straightforward conviction: that clean, safe water should not be a privilege of scale, and that treating it properly is an engineering discipline rather than a sales exercise.
That principle set the standard the company still works to. Under his leadership AQUASTAG has grown from a specialist workshop into a firm serving hundreds of clients across residential, commercial and industrial sectors — building water softeners, conditioners, RO plants and treatment systems that are specified from a water analysis and commissioned against measured figures.
His focus on environmental sustainability continues to shape what the company builds, from chemical-free conditioning that sends nothing to drain, to sewage treatment plants whose treated output is put back to work rather than discharged.
