Repair & Breakdown Service

Rapid diagnosis and repair when a plant stops — with the root cause identified so the same failure does not return next quarter.

When a treatment plant stops, the cost is rarely the repair. It is the production halted, the guests without hot water, the ward running on tankers. What matters is how quickly the fault is correctly identified and how confident you can be that it will not recur next month.

Our breakdown service is built around diagnosis. We establish the actual root cause rather than swapping the most obvious component and hoping — because a membrane that failed from inadequate pre-treatment will fail again on the same schedule if only the membrane is replaced. Every repair closes with a note on why the failure happened and what would prevent a repeat.

Scope

What the service covers

Rapid response

Attendance prioritised by how critical the installation is, with contract clients ahead of the general queue.

Structured diagnosis

Systematic fault-finding across mechanical, electrical, chemical and control causes rather than component-swap guesswork.

On-site repair capability

Common failure parts carried on the service vehicle so the majority of faults are closed on the first visit.

Membrane and media recovery

Chemical cleaning to recover fouled membranes and media where replacement is not yet warranted.

Pump and valve overhaul

Repair or replacement of high-pressure pumps, dosing pumps, multiport valves and actuators.

Root cause reporting

A written explanation of why the failure occurred and what change prevents it happening again.

Deliverables

What you actually receive

Every engagement produces documentation you can file, audit and hand to the next engineer.

  • Fault diagnosis with the root cause identified
  • Repair completed and performance re-verified
  • Written service report
  • Recommendation to prevent recurrence
  • Warranty on the repair work carried out

Questions

Frequently asked

How quickly can you attend a breakdown?

Within Hyderabad we mobilise quickly, and AMC clients are attended ahead of the general queue under their committed response window. For sites elsewhere in India we deploy engineers and, where possible, resolve the first level of diagnosis remotely to shorten the visit.

Do you repair equipment from other manufacturers?

Yes. We service RO plants, softeners, conditioners, purifiers and STPs regardless of who originally supplied them.

My RO plant runs but the water quality has dropped. Is that a breakdown?

It is a fault worth attending to immediately, even though the plant has not stopped. Rising permeate conductivity usually indicates membrane fouling, a failed O-ring or an internal leak — all of which get more expensive the longer they run uncorrected.
