Annual Maintenance Contract
Scheduled preventive servicing, priority breakdown response and predictable annual cost — so plant performance stops depending on someone remembering to check it.
Reactive maintenance is the most expensive way to run a water treatment plant. A membrane replaced because cleaning was skipped, a pump seized because nobody logged the rising current, a batch rejected because conductivity drifted unnoticed — each of those costs more than a year of scheduled servicing, and each was avoidable.
An AQUASTAG Annual Maintenance Contract puts your plant on a defined service calendar. Visits are scheduled, not requested. Consumables are changed on condition and interval rather than after failure. Performance is measured at every visit and trended, so a developing problem is visible while it is still small — and your annual cost is known at the start of the year instead of arriving as a series of unbudgeted invoices.

Scope
What the service covers
Scheduled service visits
A defined visit frequency set by plant type and duty, carried out to a fixed checklist rather than an ad-hoc look-over.
Performance trending
Key parameters recorded at every visit and compared over time, so drift is identified long before it becomes failure.
Consumable management
Filters, cartridges, resin, media and membranes changed on condition and interval, with genuine specification parts.
Membrane cleaning
Scheduled chemical clean-in-place to restore flux and rejection, extending membrane life well beyond neglected plants.
Priority breakdown response
Contract clients are attended ahead of the general queue, with a committed response window written into the agreement.
Annual water testing
Laboratory analysis of feed and treated water to confirm the plant is still meeting its specification.

- Fixed, budgetable annual cost
Questions
Frequently asked
What does the AMC actually cover?
Scheduled preventive visits, performance measurement, routine consumables, membrane cleaning and priority breakdown attendance. Major component replacement can be included or quoted separately depending on the contract tier — and the scope is written into the agreement so there is no ambiguity later.
Do you offer AMC on plants you did not supply?
Yes, following an initial health check. We need a baseline of the plant condition before committing to a service standard, and that assessment tells both sides what they are agreeing to.
What is the response time for a breakdown?
Contract clients get priority attendance, with the committed window stated in the agreement and set according to how critical the installation is. Non-contract callouts are attended on availability.
Is an AMC worth it for a small plant?
Usually, yes — small plants are the ones most likely to be neglected, because there is no dedicated operator watching them. The contract is scaled to the plant, so a domestic or small commercial unit carries a proportionate cost.
