We do not quote water treatment equipment without knowing what is in the water, so an initial water analysis is part of how we work rather than a paid add-on. For sites in and around Hyderabad we arrange a visit and take a sample. For locations further afield we work from a laboratory analysis report and site details you provide, and depute engineers where the project justifies it.

Because a price given without a water analysis is guesswork, and comparing two such prices tells you nothing useful. A high-TDS borewell feed needs substantially more pre-treatment than a municipal supply at the same output — the equipment list is different, so the price is different. We test first, specify properly, and quote against a defined specification you can compare like for like.

Yes. Hyderabad and Telangana are our primary service region with the fastest response times, and we install and maintain systems across India for larger projects. As an IEC-registered exporter we also supply internationally — our enquiry form accepts phone numbers from any country.

Yes. A significant share of our service work is on third-party equipment, usually where performance has fallen away and the original supplier is no longer engaged. Health checks, repairs, retrofits and AMC all cover plants regardless of who built them. We establish a performance baseline at the first visit.

Warranty terms depend on the system and are stated explicitly in the quotation and the Terms and Conditions, covering the equipment we supply against manufacturing defect for a defined period. Consumables such as filters, media, resin and membranes are wear items and are covered separately under service or AMC arrangements.

For sewage treatment plants, yes. We design against the discharge parameters applicable to your project category and build in the sampling points needed to demonstrate compliance. The statutory application remains yours to make, but we supply the technical documentation that supports it.

For domestic and small commercial purifiers, yes — with installation, all filter changes, servicing and breakdown cover included in a monthly rental. It suits tenants, project sites and offices where headcount is still moving. Larger industrial plants are supplied on a purchase basis.

A softener removes hardness — calcium and magnesium — by ion exchange, and leaves total dissolved solids essentially unchanged. An RO plant forces water through a semi-permeable membrane and removes the great majority of all dissolved salts, including hardness. Softened water protects equipment; RO water is what you treat when the requirement is potable or process-grade quality. In most industrial plants the two work together, with the softener protecting the RO membranes upstream.

Salt consumption is a direct function of your inlet hardness and the volume of water you treat, not of the vessel size. We calculate the figure during sizing and state it in the proposal, so the running cost is known before you order rather than discovered afterwards.

Softening exchanges calcium and magnesium for a small amount of sodium, so softened water is not intended as drinking water — particularly where a sodium-restricted diet applies. Where a facility needs both, we design a softened supply for equipment protection and a separate RO or purifier circuit for drinking points.

That depends on hardness and throughput. A correctly sized plant is designed around a defined output between regenerations — commonly once every 24 hours for a commercial unit. Meter-initiated controls regenerate on actual volume consumed, which avoids wasting salt on low-usage days.

Yes. We install across India and, as an IEC-registered exporter, supply equipment internationally. Site visits within Telangana are straightforward; for other locations we work from a water analysis report and site drawings, and depute commissioning engineers.

No, and any supplier who claims otherwise is misrepresenting the technology. A conditioner does not remove calcium or magnesium, so a titration test will read much the same before and after. What changes is behaviour: the hardness is converted to a crystalline form that no longer bonds to surfaces. If your requirement is a low hardness number — for a boiler specification, for instance — you need a softener, and we will tell you so.

Choose a softener when a specification demands measurably low hardness: boiler feed, RO pre-treatment, dyeing, commercial laundry. Choose a conditioner when the objective is protecting equipment from scale with no salt handling, no waste stream and minimal maintenance — cooling circuits, hot water systems, domestic plumbing. We recommend based on your water report and duty, not on what carries a larger invoice.

Standard configurations need no power supply. Installation is in-line on the incoming main, and for most buildings it is a straightforward plumbing tie-in with isolation valves and a bypass so the system can be serviced without interrupting supply.

Conditioned water works on legacy deposits gradually. Improvement in flow and heat transfer is typically noticed over several weeks, with the rate depending on how heavy the existing scale is and how much water passes through the system.

Cost is driven by capacity, by feed water quality and by the degree of automation, and any figure quoted without a water analysis is guesswork. With correct pre-treatment, scheduled cleaning and stable operation, two to three years is a realistic working life, and often longer. Membrane life is almost entirely a function of what reaches the membrane face — which is why we treat pre-treatment design as the core of the plant rather than an accessory.

Recovery typically sits between 45% and 75%, set by feed chemistry and the scaling limits of the dissolved salts present. Pushing recovery beyond what the chemistry allows causes rapid scaling. Where water is scarce or discharge is restricted, reject can often be routed to gardening, flushing or cooling make-up.

Frequently, yes. Many underperforming plants have serviceable skids and vessels but inadequate pre-treatment, worn high-pressure pumps or failed instrumentation. Our upgradation and retrofitting service assesses the existing asset and restores performance where that is the sounder commercial decision.

Yes. Handover includes operator training on start-up, shutdown, routine checks and log-keeping. Annual Maintenance Contracts cover scheduled servicing, membrane cleaning, consumable replacement and priority breakdown response.

In Telangana, projects above defined thresholds require sewage treatment and environmental clearance conditions typically make it explicit. Requirements vary by category, built-up area and location, so the practical step is to confirm what applies to your specific project before design — which we do as part of the proposal.

Considerably less than most clients expect. Compact MBBR and packaged plants suit basements and setback areas, and the footprint depends on capacity, technology and whether construction is RCC or prefabricated. We work to the space you have available.

A correctly designed and properly operated plant should not. Odour almost always traces to under-aeration, overloading or neglected maintenance rather than to the technology. We design with covered tankage and vent management, and our AMC keeps the biological culture healthy — which is what actually prevents odour.

Yes, and it is usually the strongest part of the business case. Treated to reuse grade, the water is suitable for toilet flushing, landscape irrigation and cooling tower make-up. For many townships this displaces a large share of fresh water purchase and pays back a meaningful part of the plant cost.

Because the iron is dissolved rather than suspended. Underground it exists as ferrous iron, which is colourless and invisible. Once exposed to air it oxidises to ferric iron, which is the red-brown particulate you eventually see. That delay is the classic signature of dissolved iron, and it is precisely what an iron removal filter is designed to address.

A sand filter will not, because dissolved ferrous iron passes straight through it. An RO membrane will reject iron, but running iron-bearing water onto a membrane fouls it rapidly and irreversibly — an expensive way to solve the problem. Iron must be oxidised and filtered out before the softener or RO stage, not by them.

No. Iron removal and hardness removal are separate processes. Borewell water in this region frequently carries both, in which case the correct sequence is iron removal first, then softening — putting a softener ahead of the iron filter fouls the resin and shortens its life considerably.

Backwash volume depends on vessel size and how much iron the bed has captured. We state the figure during sizing so it can be planned for, and where water is scarce we design the cycle to be triggered by differential pressure rather than a fixed timer, so it only runs when the bed actually needs it.

It depends entirely on your TDS. Above roughly 500 ppm, RO is the sensible choice. Below about 200 ppm on a municipal supply, a UV or UF system may protect you microbiologically without stripping minerals unnecessarily. We measure first and recommend on the reading, not on what we would prefer to sell.

Typically every six to twelve months for pre-filters and carbon, with the membrane lasting longer. The real driver is feed water quality and consumption. An AMC schedules changes on your usage rather than an arbitrary calendar date.

Yes, RO is not selective — it removes beneficial minerals along with contaminants. That is precisely why we fit a mineral cartridge after the membrane, restoring calcium and magnesium and correcting the flat taste that unmineralised RO water has.

The purifier, installation, every scheduled filter and membrane change, sanitisation visits, and any repair or replacement required during the term. The monthly figure is what you pay — servicing is not billed separately.

We offer both short and long-term plans. Short terms suit project sites and temporary facilities; longer commitments carry a lower monthly rate. We will set out the options against your requirement.

Within our service area we relocate the unit and the rental continues uninterrupted. If you are moving outside the area, the agreement can be closed out on notice.

Yes, subject to a technical review of the equipment first. We will assess whether the system is suitable for the intended duty and site conditions, and tell you plainly if it is not before any installation work begins.

A domestic purifier is a same-day job. A commercial softener or small RO plant typically takes one to three days including testing. Large industrial plants and STPs are programmed against the project schedule, and we give you a dated plan before mobilising.

Annually for most commercial installations, and half-yearly where the duty is critical or the feed water is difficult. Plants under our AMC are checked as part of the contract rather than as a separate engagement.

We plan around your operation. Many upgrades are executed in phases or during planned shutdowns, and for critical installations we can arrange temporary treated water supply to bridge the work.

Yes. We work on equipment from any manufacturer. The assessment establishes what is serviceable and what is not, irrespective of the original supplier.

Scheduled preventive visits, performance measurement, routine consumables, membrane cleaning and priority breakdown attendance. Major component replacement can be included or quoted separately depending on the contract tier — and the scope is written into the agreement so there is no ambiguity later.

Yes, following an initial health check. We need a baseline of the plant condition before committing to a service standard, and that assessment tells both sides what they are agreeing to.

Contract clients get priority attendance, with the committed window stated in the agreement and set according to how critical the installation is. Non-contract callouts are attended on availability.

Usually, yes — small plants are the ones most likely to be neglected, because there is no dedicated operator watching them. The contract is scaled to the plant, so a domestic or small commercial unit carries a proportionate cost.

Within Hyderabad we mobilise quickly, and AMC clients are attended ahead of the general queue under their committed response window. For sites elsewhere in India we deploy engineers and, where possible, resolve the first level of diagnosis remotely to shorten the visit.

Yes. We service RO plants, softeners, conditioners, purifiers and STPs regardless of who originally supplied them.

It is a fault worth attending to immediately, even though the plant has not stopped. Rising permeate conductivity usually indicates membrane fouling, a failed O-ring or an internal leak — all of which get more expensive the longer they run uncorrected.
