Mechanical installation, electrical termination, hydraulic testing and documented performance handover — the plant is not signed off until it meets its design figures.
Most water treatment systems that disappoint were never commissioned properly. The equipment was installed, the power was switched on, and nobody verified that the plant actually produced what the specification promised. Six months later the client is dealing with problems that were present on day one.
We treat commissioning as a distinct engineering activity with its own deliverable. Installation covers the mechanical work, the electrical termination and the hydraulic testing. Commissioning is the separate step where the plant is run against its design parameters, the results are measured, and the figures are recorded against the AWEP checklist before anyone signs anything.

What the service covers
Site readiness review
Foundation, drainage, power availability and access are confirmed before equipment is despatched, so nothing waits on site.
Mechanical installation
Equipment set out, interconnecting pipework fabricated and supported, valves and instruments fitted to the approved layout.
Electrical and controls
Panel installation, cabling, termination, earthing and interlock verification, including dry-run and level protection.
Hydraulic testing
Pressure and leak testing of all circuits, followed by flushing and sanitisation before the system is charged.
Performance commissioning
The plant is run and measured — output quality, flow, recovery and pressures verified against the design specification.
Operator training
Your team is trained on start-up, shutdown, routine checks, logging and the early warning signs that matter.

Frequently asked
Do you install systems you did not supply?
Yes, subject to a technical review of the equipment first. We will assess whether the system is suitable for the intended duty and site conditions, and tell you plainly if it is not before any installation work begins.
How long does commissioning take?
A domestic purifier is a same-day job. A commercial softener or small RO plant typically takes one to three days including testing. Large industrial plants and STPs are programmed against the project schedule, and we give you a dated plan before mobilising.
