Disclaimer
The basis on which information is published on this website by AQUASTAG Technologies LLP.
1. General
The information contained on www.aquastag.com (the “Website”) is published by AQUASTAG Technologies LLP (“the Company”) for general informational purposes only. While we take reasonable care in preparing the content, it is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, currency and non-infringement.
2. Technical information is indicative only
This is the most important qualification on this Website and should be read carefully.
Capacity ranges, technical specifications, rejection and recovery percentages, treated water parameters, media and membrane life expectancies, salt consumption figures, footprints and all other technical data published on the Website are indicative ranges for standard configurations only. They are not performance guarantees, warranties, or representations that any stated figure will be achieved at any particular installation.
Water treatment performance is governed by variables outside the Company’s control, including but not limited to feed water chemistry and its seasonal variation, temperature, inlet pressure, flow profile, duty cycle, quality of installation, availability and stability of utilities, operator competence, and adherence to the maintenance schedule. Two installations with identical equipment can and do produce materially different results.
Binding technical parameters arise only from a written quotation issued by the Company following a water analysis, and accepted by the Client in writing. Nothing on this Website should be relied upon as the basis for procurement, design, budgeting or regulatory submission.
3. Not professional or regulatory advice
Content on the Website — including explanatory material on softening, conditioning, reverse osmosis and sewage treatment, comparative guidance between technologies, and answers to frequently asked questions — is general educational information. It does not constitute professional engineering advice, legal advice, environmental compliance advice, or medical or public health advice, and must not be treated as a substitute for a site-specific assessment by a qualified professional.
Statements regarding potability, drinking water suitability or health effects are general in nature. Requirements under the Bureau of Indian Standards, the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India, applicable State Pollution Control Board norms and any sector-specific regulation must be verified independently by the Client for its own installation.
Responsibility for obtaining statutory approvals, environmental clearances and consents to establish and operate rests solely with the Client.
4. Certifications and credentials
Certifications, registrations and licences referred to on the Website are held by the Company at entity level. A certification held by the Company is not a certification of any individual product, and should not be read as a claim that any specific item of equipment has been independently tested or approved under that scheme unless expressly stated.
The AWEP Protocol described on this Website is the Company’s internal engineering standard. It is not an external accreditation, certification or third-party audited scheme, and is not presented as one.
Documentary evidence of our certifications and registrations is available on request for tender and vendor-registration purposes.
5. Imagery and illustrations
Photographs, renderings and illustrations on the Website are used for representational and editorial purposes. They may depict generic water treatment installations, stock imagery, or equipment configurations that differ from what would be supplied to any particular client. Images do not form part of any specification and should not be relied upon as depicting the goods to be supplied.
6. No guarantee of availability or accuracy
The Company does not warrant that the Website will be available uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free, or that defects will be corrected. Content may be amended, withdrawn or updated at any time without notice, and may become out of date. The Company is under no obligation to update any information.
The Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from any virus, distributed denial-of-service attack or other technologically harmful material that may infect your equipment as a result of your use of the Website.
7. Third-party content and links
The Website may contain links to, or embeds of, third-party websites and services, including mapping services. Such links and embeds are provided for convenience only and do not constitute endorsement. The Company has no control over the content, accuracy, availability, privacy practices or security of third-party resources and accepts no responsibility or liability in respect of them. Access to any third-party resource is entirely at your own risk.
8. Testimonials, case material and forward-looking statements
Any client feedback, case material or project reference published on the Website reflects the experience of a particular client in particular circumstances. Individual results vary and past performance is not indicative of future results. Such material is not a warranty or representation that comparable outcomes will be achieved at any other site.
Statements regarding intentions, expectations, capabilities or future plans are forward-looking and subject to change without notice.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company, its partners, employees, agents and subcontractors shall not be liable for any loss or damage of any kind — whether direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential, and including without limitation loss of profit, revenue, production, contract, business opportunity, goodwill or data — arising out of or in connection with access to, use of, or reliance upon the Website or any content on it, whether such liability arises in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise.
Nothing in this Disclaimer excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under the laws of India.
Liability arising in connection with goods and services actually supplied by the Company is governed by Clause 9 of our Terms & Conditions, which applies in preference to this Clause in respect of such supply.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
This Disclaimer is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Subject to the dispute resolution provisions of our Terms & Conditions, the courts and tribunals at Hyderabad, Telangana, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Disclaimer or the use of this Website.
